Great high quality treadmill, it was pretty easy to setup too. You can definitely ramp up the speed and incline for a good workout. Has the controls on the side of the handles so you can easily access them. Has the safety stop attachment on it like you would see at a gym.

This treadmill was amazingly simple to assemble. The screen is pretty big and it has speakers which are a big plus and very good too. The speed can go upto 10 miles per hour and I used it for one hour straight on the first go and it did not give any problems. Vibration dampers also work pretty well.

Runs super smooth with plenty of power, and the incline changes quick with no lag.
