This walking pad was a great purchase for my household. I use it almost every day, especially after meals, to help lower my blood sugar. It’s been really helpful for staying active without needing to leave the house.
I even have my 9-year-old use it sometimes to get some extra cardio in, which has been great for building healthy habits.
One thing I really appreciate is the noise level. It’s not completely silent, but it’s also not loud. If I have music or the TV on, the treadmill doesn’t overpower the sound, so it’s easy to use while watching something or listening to music.
The space-saving design is another big plus. It’s lightweight enough for me to move easily, and I can slide it under my bed for storage and pull it out whenever I want to use it.
Setup was very easy. One tip: if you plan on storing it under a bed or moving it often, you don’t really need to use the extra screws to secure the handle. The handle works fine without them and it makes storage easier. If you plan to keep it in one place permanently, the screws do add extra stability.
It goes up to speed 6, which is perfect for walking and light cardio. If I ever want something more intense, I’ll go to the gym or invest in a bigger treadmill when I have more space.
One thing to note is that the distance and time tracking don’t exactly match my smartwatch, so the accuracy may be a little off. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re tracking workouts closely.
My only other wish is that it had an incline option for more intensity. Other than that, it’s been a great and convenient treadmill for daily walking
